Remote support

To let us work directly on your computer we use RustDesk, an open source remote assistance tool hosted on our own servers: the session stays between you and us, without going through third-party services.

Start the session

Right-click the Start button and choose "Terminal (Admin)" for PowerShell, or "Command Prompt (Admin)" for cmd. Then paste the command and press Enter.

When it finishes, your ID appears: give it to the operator together with the one-time password.

Prefer to download a file?

Download the installer
  1. Download the file: your browser may warn you, choose "Keep" or "Keep anyway".
  2. Right-click the file and choose "Run as administrator".
  3. Wait for it to finish: the program installs and configures itself, you do not have to set anything up.
  4. Give the operator the ID and the one-time password shown in the RustDesk window.

Requirements: Windows 64-bit (RustDesk 1.4.9).

Already have RustDesk installed?

Copy the string below, then open RustDesk and go to menu ☰ → Settings → Network → Import server config.
